i confuse myself sometimes.
oh yeah, and we watched this movie in school. it was very nice, and true to life.
basically there was this very poor family who got in big trouble because the father was framed for corruption. the eldest son, edu, thought this was unfair since the mayor (a woman who had horrible grammar) was even more corrupt. they wanted to testify against him, and edu managed to persuade a host to help them. their father, who worked for the corrupt mayor, was to testify and then they would finally be able to show just how wrong the mayor is. but, instead, the father approaches the mayor since she is the only one who could help them in their time of need -- even if it was through wrong doings. after waiting for hours for his father to show up, edu cried, realizing what his father has done. so the once holy, God-fearing family became corrupt, and because of that they lived a much more pleasant life than before. during a rather extravagant dinner, the movie shows edu looking around, clearly disturbed. and that's the end of that.
i think it shows what really happens because let's face it, not everyone is going to do the right thing if it means not living a pleasant life, right? it's the sad truth, and since i'm a part of the next generation, i will try my best (TRY D:) to not cheat, so that maybe our lives (and the next generation) will be ... better than this.
VERONICA kept on badgering me during the movie! o_o and she kept on moving close to me! I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE GOING CLOSE TO ME!!! Unless they're my dog or part of my family. :D
